Star citizen is a space simulator set in the 30th century. The player enters the United Earth Empire, located near the Milky Way. Mankind managed to explore part of its native galaxy and colonize some planets. People met several civilizations. Some aliens have become allies, while others have become enemies.
The central place in the game is occupied by flights. First, the ship is ordered at the base, and then appears on the runway. Driving personal vehicles is not so easy, and you need to remember some nuances: stick out the steps, adjust the engine power with the mouse, and other details.
After the spacewalk, you need to decide where to go next. There are 3 regions (planets) to choose from for research, each of which has its own missions – legal or illegal. In the first case, the hero will deliver legal goods, hunt pirates, repair communication stations. The second option includes the delivery of smuggleddy, hunting for lawyers and the destruction of communication centers. The type of tasks performed affects the reputation of the hero.
Most missions involve transporting goods and other cargo between planets. To shorten the distance, you can use hyperjump. After completing the task, the player earns local currency. After accumulating a sufficient amount of money, you can buy a new ship, weapons or clothes.
There are several useful features in multiplayer. The user can ask another player to give him a lift or request fire support in case of a pirate attack. In addition to the main Universe mode, there are 2 more. Star Marine hosts battles between teams in the form of capture the flag and other battles. Arena Commander allows you to fly a lot in a spaceship, starting an air battle with a computer or other gamers.
